How to create a learner code
Use a random code instead of a learner's name or identifying information.
Create a code that has no connection to the learner's name, initials, birth date, student ID, medical record number, diagnosis, or health information.
Examples: L-4827, L-7315, Learner 5821.
Never use: a name, initials, birth date, ID number, diagnosis, medication, or a code derived from identifying information.
If you need to match a code to a learner, keep that key outside SVO Dice in the secure records you normally use.
