SVO Dice is provided by AAC Studio, Inc. (the "Seller"), created by Dr. Julie Ray Roberts, PhD, CCC-SLP, BCBA-D. By creating an account or continuing to use SVO Dice you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you are signing up as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

SVO Dice is a picture-based practice tool. Tapping the dice lands on a picture showing a subject, a verb and an object, to prompt spoken or written sentences. It is an instructional tool, not a diagnostic, medical or clinical decision-making system.

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

SVO Dice is not designed to store Protected Health Information. If you are subject to HIPAA, FERPA or any other privacy or security requirement, do not enter a learner's real name or other identifying details. Use a learner number, code name or initials — for example "Learner 104". You are responsible for meeting the privacy obligations that apply to your role, including in any data you export.

To provide support, SVO Dice staff (the owner and invited administrators) may view your account, learners, and practice data. We only look when helping you with a problem or keeping the service running, and every look is recorded in an activity log.

You may record learner responses and download them as a spreadsheet. Once exported, that file is under your control and subject to the same privacy considerations as the learner profiles it came from.

Paid plans are sold monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials, promotional pricing and promo codes convert to the regular price at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel first.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle — visit paddle.net or contact us through Contact.

Do not use SVO Dice unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (including malware, probing or scraping). Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or work around its technical limits.

AAC Studio, Inc. owns SVO Dice, its software, pictures, branding and documentation. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. SVO Dice is designed for use alongside the SVO Power program (© 2011).

We work to keep SVO Dice available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Export any data you want to keep before cancelling.
